Instruction for Preparation and Submission of the Papers: (first page top margin 6 cm)
TITLE OF PAPER - BOLD, CAPITALS, JUSTIFICATION LEFT, TIMES NEW ROMAN 14 PT, SINGLE SPACED (two free lines space)

ABSTRACT - Abstract must be written in English, regardless the paper language. Text of Abstract should be full justified, and contents should not exceed 150 words (i.e. about 10 lines of single-spaced text, proportional font Times New Roman 12 pt). For the title of the paper Times New Roman 14 pt, single spaced, left justified should be used. Top margin of the first page, above the title should be 6 cm. After the title two free lines, then authors first name initials and names (Times New Roman 12 pt). If authors affiliations are different, all should be given. Name of presenting author should be underlined. Authors affiliations after the asterisks and 1 cm indent - proportional; Times New Roman 10 pt. Two free lines before and after the Abstract should be left. (two free lines space)
TITLE OF CHAPTER The text of paper should be prepared „camera-ready”, in order to be ready for instant reproduction, with all figures, tables and photos included in the text. Paper should be supplied in two copies of black & white laser printed (at least 300 dpi quality) on A-4 pages. Margins: top and bottom - 2,5 cm (except first page - top 6 cm), left 2 cm, right 3 cm. Text of the paper should be printed in proportional Times New Roman 12 pt font, with 1,5 lines spacing. Text length with title, abstract, all figures and photos as well as list of references cannot exceed 6 pages. Pages should be numbered with a pencil in right bottom corner of the page. Titles of chapters should be left justified, capitals, Times New Roman and bold-printed. 1 cm indent in the first line of paragraph should be applied. Paper should be accompanied with 1,44 MB (3.5”) diskette or CD with the text prepared using one of the following editors: MS Word for Windows 6.0 or higher; Novell Word Perfect 6.0/7.0 or Corel Word Perfect 8.0. Disks and diskettes would be restored to the authors during the conference or send back with conference materials. Numbers of references should be given in square brackets, in the order of citation [1], [2]. By the end of paper, a separate chapter, containing the list of references should be given, prepared with generally used rules: REFERENCES 1. The copyright of all accepted papers is transferred to Polish Ceramic Society, who will use it to further dissemination.
PRESENTATION OF PAPERS DURING THE CONFERENCE
ORALS PRESENTATIONS All conference halls are equipped with the following facilities: - overhead projector for transparencies presentations; - 35 mm slide projector; - computer projector - executable files in the Win95 format for the orals must be prepared, recorded on 1,44 MB (3.5”) diskettes or CD-ROM. No portable hard disks can be used. Simultaneous translation of presentations to Polish/English language will be provided by the organising committee. The maximum time for oral presentation is limited to 15 minutes (does not concern plenary lectures) + 5 minutes for discussion.
POSTERS Tables for poster presentations have the dimensions of 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (length). Organising committee will supply two-sided scotch to fix the posters - they can be in form of separate pages or as a whole sheet of paper. Camera-ready text fixed to the table will not be considered as a presented poster.
